When you book travel with us, that will include enough personal information to make your trip as fun, safe, and memorable as it can be.


Our trips require advance reservations

Our small-group trips book up early and usually sell out well in advance. We are unable to save a place for you without a paid reservation. We will explain the exact reservation requirements for each trip before you commit to travel with us.


Sometimes cancellations are necessary

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel a trip with us, please cancel as early as possible. If we need to cancel a trip we’ll let you know as quickly as possible.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance whenever you travel with us as this helps protect you should you need to cancel unexpectedly.
